Decoration & Activity

  1. Please decorate, display, set up your booth, and conduct all activities within the assigned space only.

  2. DO NOT use another circle’s space, even a space of a no-show circle, or any available space for the public both inside and around the event.and its surroundings.

  3. Please ensure that your belongings and booth activities do not encroach upon neighboring exhibitors’ spaces or public areas.

  4. Circles can freely decorate their booth with materials that fit within their booth area and do not cause any harm to others.
    **If the staff finds that additional equipment is not sufficiently stable and poses a risk of accidents, Circles will be requested to remove it immediately.

  5. Decoration and presentation must comply with the rules regarding age-restricted content (link).
    **Comic Avenue reserves the right to reject the display of images that do not adhere to the specified rules.

  6. Circles must not cause any damage to the location and its assets, such as the use of plaster or sticky tape. If the damage is done, that particular circle will be responsible for the fine.

  7. Circles can post photos of their own booth and goods on their social media. However, we ask that the faces of other booth owners or attendees must be censored due to private rights.


  1. The “selling” process must be completed within the event day, following these three steps:
    (1) Agree to purchase/hire
    (2) Make payment
    (3) Deliver the goods on the event day.

  2. To prevent any unlawful acts, every activity has to be settled on the event day, that is no payment or shipping will be done after the event.

  3. DO NOT use public areas for your own benefits without permission, such as selling goods, handing out leaflets, packing, etc.

  4. Please refrain from making loud noises in any way.

  5. Activities must not cause trouble to your neighboring booths and overall operations.
    **Some activities such as ‘Collect orders that have already paid’ These kinds of activities with a lot of participants usually take time and space, so please refrain from holding any in the morning as there will be a lot of attendees.

Examples of acceptable activities

  1. Regular sale
  2. Meet and greet session
  3. Self-promotion and support channels can be established through both signages and name card distributions.
  4. A session for giving out pre-ordered goods
  5. Open for Commission **Deliver the goods on the event day
  6. Lotto drawing (aka. Gacha or Kuji) or Random box
    (Must be item list board and all items must be works from Circle’s owner)

  1. Only those who own a cosplay circle and wear a wristband may cosplay (4 wristbands / 2 SP)

  2. Ask for your cooperation not to take pictures outside the event area and taking pictures at various points must not obstruct the road at all.
    **Recording video or Live-stream is prohibited.

  3. Please be aware and refrain from cosplaying any character with an overly-exposed outfit.
    Slips or any means of protection must be utilized and kindly respect other event attendees by putting on another layer of clothes to cover up before getting out of your booth.

  4. There are dressing rooms prepared for cosplay circle owners.
    However, please DO NOT leave your belongings in the room, instead, keep them attended at all times at the booth.
