What is Fanwork?
refers to works that reference characters, plots, locations, or any part that originates from “original works that have been publicly disclosed by individuals or organizations (referred to here as “copyright holders” or “officials”).”
These are creative works generated by fans to enhance the imaginative aspects of those who share similar interests, aiming to disseminate and exchange with others who have similar likes and interests.
It must be explicitly clear that these works are created by enthusiasts or fan clubs, avoiding any misleading impression that they are produced by the official copyright holders.

- The Fandom category is intended for booths selling Fanwork creations only. Circles selling Original works do not need to reference or fill in this section.
- Circles are responsible for checking the prohibitions of the Fandom they intend to sell.
The event organizers reserve the right to suspend sales if we find prohibitions from the official copyright holders, both those announced and additional prohibitions in the future. - Due to the vast amount of content currently available, if the team overlooks prohibitions from any company, we sincerely apologize.

Fandom with specific regulations
- Disney USA
- It is forbidden to sell works that include characters from ‘Mickey & Friend’ line.
- It is forbidden to sell works that include characters from ‘Disney Princess’ line.
But can sell works that have inspiration from characters - ‘Pixar’, ‘Frozen’, ‘Marvel’ & ‘Star Wars’ line able to sell works as usual
- Disney Japan
- Kingdom Heart : Only character from SQEN
- Twisted Wonderland : Only character from Twisted Wonderland (Japan)
- Undertale : No ‘Undertale’ writing/mention n in the item.
- ‘The Legend of Muay Thai : 9 Satra’ : The number of products sold is limited to 50 pieces per 1 item.
- Kimetsu No Yaiba : Haori patterns CANNOT be reproduced as individual goods. It can only be a part of the characters’ clothing.
- Real Person Slash : No real photo of said person.
- Fanwork from PLAVE (Korean Virtual Idol) fandom is allow.
- Vtuber : Selling Fanwork works of all agencies is allowed, but asks for your cooperation to check the terms and scope of each agency again before selling.
- miHoYo : The number of products sold is limited to 200 pieces per 1 item.
